For your convenience and added service value, Integrated Medical Systems is pleased to announce we will be implementing a new “PayNOW” online payment network effective October, 1st, 2024. You can access “PayNOW” by simply visiting our website at www.integratedmedsys.com and clicking on the “PayNOW” button/icon. PayNOW is safe and easy to use. It provides you with the convenience to pay your invoices 24/7/365 via your smart phone, tablet, PC, or laptop.
You will have three (3) different electronic payment options to choose from to pay your invoices:
- ACH/eCheck (electronic check)
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
If you choose to pay with either Options 1 or 2, there is no charge to you to use either of these payment types. If you choose to pay with Option 3, a credit card, there will be a Surcharge of 3.00% assessed to your payment total. The Surcharge is being assessed due to the ever-rising cost of credit card processing fees. You will easily by-pass the 3% Surcharge by paying your invoices with either Options 1 or 2!
We are confident you will enjoy the efficiency and simplicity of our “PayNOW” online payment network. You will no longer need to take the time or expense to send a paper check, call our office, or initiate a costly, time-consuming bank ACH to make a payment.
