URGENT MEDICAL DEVICE RECALL: COVIDEN™ CHEMOPLUS™ POLY-COATED CHEMO GOWN

Dear Valued Customer,

Cardinal is initiating a voluntary recall for specific production lots of Coviden™ ChemoPlus™ Poly-coated Chemo Gowns due to potential rips, holes, tears, incomplete and/or open seams, staining, foreign material or debris on the gowns. 

Cardinal has initiated a Medical Device Recall for the following Coviden™ branded gowns due to failure by the contract manufacturer to properly maintain an effective Quality Management System. Please see the table in Attachment 1 for a listing of the impacted products.

Our records indicate that you may have purchased Coviden™ ChemoPlus™ Poly-coated Chemo  Gowns.
